ICON FITNESS has a clear mission; to help people achieve their fitness and health goals. Through close partnerships, open communication, and hard work, I work with my clients to reach their own personal targets.
WHO AM I?
My name is Lance and I have always had a keen interest in fitness ever since I was a kid growing up in the Cayman Islands. I’ve been working on my own fitness goals since I was old enough to train and have tried countless methods of weight loss/gain, shape-change, toning, strength-training and nutrition. Some techniques work and some don’t, but my own experience has helped me to formulate accurate personal plans, tailored to each of my client’s bespoke requirements.

WHO AM I?
My name is Emily, and I’m passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. Fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel! I specialize in supporting beginners on their fitness journeys, helping build confidence and achieve goals in a manageable, enjoyable way. Having faced struggles with body image myself, I know how empowering fitness can be, both physically and mentally. Exercise has always been a key part of my mental well-being, boosting my mood and keeping me grounded. Outside of the gym, I love spending time outdoors, walking my dogs, and running, which has become a favorite hobby of mine.

My Approach To Personal Training
My personal approach to assisting my clients works both ways – my clients identify their targets and, with my help, we discuss a clear plan to achieve them. This consultation ensures that realistic targets are set, with milestones, rewards and potential setbacks discussed at length. I believe that my positive attitude and relaxed personality gives my clients a sense of security, enjoyment and determination to get the most out of their sessions. I offer a complete support system to each client, including help with meal-planning, gym equipment guides and self-help routines for those who want to squeeze in extra sessions in their own gym time or at home.

What Do My Clients Think?
Some of my clients have been with me from the very beginning and the positive feedback I receive is a testament to the level of commitment that we share with each other. A partnership that begins as an intensive short-term “lose some weight” course often turns into a bi-weekly refresher just to maintain fitness and strength once the original goal is achieved. My current client-base spans a range of different ages, fitness levels and abilities; from students looking to slim down for a holiday, to retired individuals who just want to exercise safely.
