  • This is a questionnaire for people aged between 15 to 69 years of age.

    Regular physical activity not only possesses many physical/health benefits, it also comes with plenty of psychological benefits too. It is important that any training or activity is done in a safe manner and is at the right level for your current physical condition.

    The PAR-Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It will allow us to determine whether you should check with your doctor before you start an exercise programme. If you are over 69 years of age and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor.

    Please read the questions below and answer them honestly.

  • If you answered YES to any of the above questions, then you are required to gain consent from your doctor before participating in an exercise programme.

    If you answered NO to all of the above questions, you are fit to start your exercise programme.

    You are advised to postpone starting your programme if you feel unwell or have a temporary illness. Please inform your trainer of any changes in your health status.
