I joined the Project- 7 because I wanted to get back in the right mindframe to succeed, not just over the week but also long-term.
The group was perfect as it helped me to be more focused, mindful and have a plan rather than just winging it like I had been recently,  which certainly wasn’t working.
Daily accountability posts from Lance really helped to ensure we stayed focused and on track with food choices and training. Having the encouragement of not just Lance but also the whole group taking part, we gave each other the support we needed to stay motivated and I finished the week having lost 4lbs and with renewed enthusiasm to carry on even over Christmas.

Project 7 was the kickstart I needed before the Christmas party season began. I lost 2lbs in the first week and a steady 1lb lost in each of the following weeks (so far)!

I made some simple changes to my eating habits which are easy enough to maintain and found Lance’s diet tips really useful. I also began to be more aware of how much I move in a day and the water I drink which, as Lance pointed out, are both helpful when trying to lose fat!
